Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job description

• Understand organizational standard processes and procedures in addition to supporting the team members in their understanding and implementation.

• Evaluate the adherence of projects' processes and work-products in accordance with set Avelabs standard processes.

• Coordinate planning and performing quality assurance review audits.

• Participate in following up quality findings to ensure their closure.

• Assure preparing quality assurance reports.

• Collect and analyze quality assurance results in order to identify possible improvements.

• Analyze customer escalations and support in their resolution.

• Participate in both Internal and External assessments.

• Participate in Avelabs process working groups.

• Develop & maintain Avelabs quality management system.

Job requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Process Improvement.

• University degree in Computers, Communication or Electronics Engineering.

• Excellent command of the English language (Written and Spoken).

• German language is a plus.

• Practical experience in Software Development is required.

• Experience in Automotive Software Development is preferred.

• Solid experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.).

• Knowledge of relevant international standards (Automotive SPICE, ISO 9001, ISO TS 16949, ISO 26262) is required. Assessor certification is a plus.

• Familiar with Agile & Scrum practices.

• Analytical - Problem solving skills.

• Organized & Detail Oriented.

• Good communication skills.
