Job description
Avelabs is seeking talented and motivated automotive System Engineers to join our team. As a System Engineer, you will work on a variety of complex automotive projects, collaborating with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Work with customers to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities to elicit, analyze, and validate system requirements.
- Develop and maintain system architecture, design, and functional specifications.
- Implement and maintain Automotive SPICE processes and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Conduct reviews and assessments of requirements, designs, and test plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Job requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer and Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience in requirements engineering, customer requirements analysis, and stakeholder requirements elicitation.
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) and its implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, such as ISO 26262, is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO 21434, Automotive Cybersecurity standards, and other Cybersecurity standards is a plus.
- Experience with system modeling and simulation tools, such as MATLAB and Simulink, is a plus.
